Welcome to our sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) factory, established in 2015. The production line is designed to produce SF6 and NF3 gases. SF6 annual production capacity ranges from 2500 to 3500 tons, with two grades available: industrial grade (purity of 99.995%) and electronic grade semiconductor gas (purity of 99.999%). NF3 production capacity reaches 1500 tons/year, directly exported to global large-scale end-user companies such as Siemens and Toshiba. This is our carbon monoxide gas factory, with an annual production capacity of up to 9.2 million cubic meters. We produce electronic-grade carbon monoxide gas with a purity of up to 99.9995%, ensuring impurity levels of ≤0.02ppm for oxygen and ≤0.1ppm for H2O.
We offer carbon monoxide with purities of 99.5%, 99.9%, 99.99%, 99.999%, and 99.9995%.
